Data collected

The contact form collects your first name, your email address and the content of your message. These are the only fields collected; nothing is requested beyond what is needed to reply to you.

The message is sent by email, from our host's server, to the association's mailbox. It is not stored in any database on the site.

Purpose and legal basis

This data is used solely to handle your request and to reply to it. The legal basis for processing is your consent, given by voluntarily submitting the form.

Retention period

Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the request, then archived for a maximum of three years from the last contact, before being deleted.

Recipients

Your data is accessible only to authorised people within the association. It is never sold, rented or passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to vueanisotropique@gmail.com.

Cookies and third-party services

This site sets no cookies for analytics, advertising or behavioural tracking. No consent banner is therefore required.

Typefaces

The fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. This request sends your IP address to Google servers, which constitutes a transfer of data to a third party.

Videos and embedded content

The videos on the home page are hosted on our own servers and set no trackers.

Some news items embed a video hosted by Vimeo, loaded in “do not track” mode (without analytics cookies). Displaying it does, however, send your IP address to Vimeo servers.

Outbound links

This site links to partner sites and to the platforms where the association has a presence. Once you follow those links you leave anisotropie.org: the privacy policies of those sites then apply, and ANISOTROPIE cannot be held responsible for them.
